This project set contains everything you need to make concealed corner and T-butt joints at a 90° angle as well as edge-to-edge joints. The centrepiece of the set is the undercover jig, a drilling template for making pocket holes in just three steps. The set also includes a special drill bit, depth stop, hexagonal key, screws with matching screwdriver blade and screw-hole covers. With the undercover jig, you can make guided angled drill holes. You can measure the board thickness directly at the drilling gauge. Practical presettings are provided for all standard board thicknesses starting from 12 mm. Now the special step drill bit is needed: The tip of the drill bit pre-drills a small guide hole for the screw thread, while the second step of the bit countersinks a bigger hole into the wood for the screw head. The wood pieces can then be fastened and the screws are not visible from the outside. You can also make the drill hole disappear using the screw-hole covers included in the set. Both corner clamps are clever mounting aids for holding two boards together at a 90° angle and perfectly complement the undercover jig. The project set is ideal for furniture making or for repairing drawers, shelves and wardrobes.
