The Vulcan VC5E is a single deck 208V electric convection oven that features solid state temperature controls from 150 to 500 degrees F. 60 minute timer has an audible alarm that can be heard over loud kitchens. Built to last with stainless steel front, sides and top. Independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows are removable for easy cleaning and dishwasher . Porcelain enamel interior have (5) nickel-plated grab and go oven racks per deck with (11) rack positions.
